What about people with high blood pressure? Should they use this?

You may want to try a lower degree of angle to get a little relief and that way you will be giving your spine some rest.

I have a servere back injury, lower lumbar disc and intense left leg pain from sciatica, seeking alternatives to surgery i bought one of these and when inverted I feel great the problem is as with sleeping once I put weight back on my spine as in getting off the invert table all the pain rushes back and feels greater then before. So far the inversion table has caused me more pain then good but again I have a very serious problem and haven't counted the table out yet.

it can decompress the spine and help normalize the spine and help the posture
