I just ran 4.5 miles. Then I weightlifted my legs. Then I did this workout, and then I biked 2.4 miles.

Are you using weights? Like a barbell, heavy ankle weights or dumbbells? In order to gain muscle you HAVE to use weights and monitor your diet.

can someone reply to this in messageive been doing this for about 6 months now i can see a huge differents and my legs are stronger but how can i make them bigger? they are only gaining muscle but not getting bigger

it tones. you have to do cardio for it to burn off fat. but if you lose enough weight you can see your 6 pack |
