QUESTIONif you did this with weights...where should u hold them? hold them in your hands or targeted area on abs?

when you do this workout, you dont need to raise your back that high. When you go up, flex your abs. I go up 15 degrees, and flex my upper abs as i go up. This wrkout mainly benefits upper ab strengh. Btw last comment when i said "neglect carbs" i meant use them as long as you can lose them.

I have been doing this workout for almost a week now, my abs kind of hurt and strangely my neck also hurts... am i doing something wrong?? cuz i dont think the neck is suppose to hurt...
