Either that or u can sit on the floor and lean ur back against a wall to help u straighten up if u hav a back problem and u need support

Sitting on the floor is strongly recommended that is what he stresses UNLESS u have a physical problem where u cant sit on the floor in an upright position THEN you can use the chair but the chair SHOULD be straight where ur back can be in in a erect position

baba ji says do these exercises empty stomach.atleast 4 hours after meals .can we drink water or tea one hour before doing these exercises ????? pl help

Giv it one month practice everyday! & ull see results hopefully! But the condition is you have to do it properly exactly as he says! & don't rush it either!
