@Guklaim from my experience, eating smaller portions makes you lose weight. yoga and other forms of exercise simply make your body stronger...eating well and exercising will lead to better health and a better body.

I missed my Yoga Class today and did this class at home instead. It was great, not sweat breaking, but nice stretches. I really liked the step by step relaxation in the end. Namaste.
