gr8 gr8 gr8 workout..n d trainee is awesome!!the spine workout is one from yoga called marjarasan..very good for vertibral coloum.the other with lifting hands n legs up in prone position is called naukasana. thanks for posting d video.good work.

Is this a total core workout? Is this going to give me a strong back? I can feel the burn in my abs but I want to strengthen my back for work. Is this going to help? Or should I look for something more 'back specific'??Please reply Sparkpeople!

What kind of pilates is this?!I take pilates classes in the gym, and we don't do any of this. Except for the last one. |
