Yoga, when done "correctly", not only increases your strength and flexibility, but it helps you release stress. When one practices regularly, and intently, they become more focused and calm in general. The effects are better health, a feeling of being at peace with your life and the ability to better overcome obstacles. This video series is good at showing us how to do the moves, but I'd like to see more explanation on how to breathe properly and where to focus the mind.

orangejulius072, Yoga is important, because it helps keep your muscles stretched and flexible. The breathing is just a stress relief technique.

soooo yoga is stretching for extended periods of time?why do people need to learn how to do this? all you do is stretch and throw in some stuff about breathing and sky or something

she's annoying.that's the same thing as a Triangle pose except you touch you're shin.you do it once on each side, for 2 to 6 breaths. :]
