nice yoga video but according to the true ASHTANGA method it is quite off. some of nicki's pronunciation of sanskrit counting is incorrect as well as the sequence of postures. caturanga dandasana was skipped before downward dog and the absence of the ujjayi breath. plus, the head should not be thrown back so far. gaiam should do more reseach before teaching or selling.
