This girl creeps me out! She seems possessed. And I agree with all of those who say you need a trained guru to guide you so that you don't get into trouble while awakening your kundalini. After all it is a coiled serpent energy at the base of the spine and it may be taken to the positive or negative extreme because you awaken such deep and powerful energy.
