You are VERY pretty! Anyway, talk to a nutritionist, they can help you out :) Omega 3 pills help consume an additional 600 calories every other day (a whole meal!) Drinking ONLY ICE water helps consume calories (body has to warm it up). Eating green vegetables/drinking wheat grass shots gets rid of cellulite. The video work-out "The Firm" is VERY effective (had a friend go from 190-130 in 2 months!!) Anyway good luck, keep us updated beautiful! Remember, talk to a nutritionist, amazing advice!

That sounds a little more intense than what I'm goin for. I don't *need* to lose 20 lbs in 1 month if I've got 4 months to do it in. But thx for the heads up!!

My next is one P90X, I had originally thought I'd purchased that one, lol To be honest, P90 can get a bit, repetitious and boring at times, don't get me wrong, I love Tony Horton, but, with the X, you get 12 diff work outs for the 12 weeks. P90 does work tho, =-) I know what you mean, I couldn't stop getting all the diff ones, I do switch em up depending on my mood and energy. You'll do great!!!

I want to try the P90 one now that I saw how you did with it but I think I might start doing that after YBB is mastered. I don't want to go all schizo and do like, 3 different ones at once!! I hope it goes well!
