Wow I had no idea.Well, I am not a huge zeppelin fan to even begin with, so I am excited as well. I have not listened to them enough to like them. Plus, they totally weren't in my era. Like 25+ years before i was even born! :OBut they've got quite a reputation, and my dad is a fan of them. haha. ;P

Their manager said that the other three were having a great time jamming and SPECIFICALLY said "until Plant showed up" - which is pretty blunt. He's always been one of those guys that is full of himself ("me me me!") - I guess when you're that big, you get to be a bit of a douche (at least he has the talent to back it up). I've never been a huge fan of his, so I'm actually excited to see someone else take the mic...but I'm probably in a smaller crowd on that :P

The bad apple? From what I heard, the only reason plant needed to be replaced was because he had mentioned he feels me is much too old to be on tour with zeppelin, and that he is very happy working with allison krauss in his current career. He said that him and zeppelin are just in two different stages of their lives.

Actually, he *would* replace Robert Plant entirely. Sounds like Plant was the bad apple, so they want to jam/record/tour without him. Kennedy was mentioned as a possible singer, but the rumor mill also has some other stand out singers who are much bigger/better.

Yeah, because all music needs to be overkiil heavy metal that sounds like a machine grinding and undecipherable lyrics. God forbid a song not have thirty notes a second and that you can actually understand what the singer is actually singing, right?
