If you feel your back arching and you can't pull in your stomach, than try some easier exercizes , respect your boundries.Esther

So, I've heard that you're supposed to do excercises like this with your stomach pulled in, so your muscles are shaped in, instead of going out. But in a lot of the excercises in this video I can't pull my stomach in. Any tips?

Hold on the back of your knees, keeping the space between thighs and stomach as little as possible and slowly release the grip on your knees when you feel comfortable in this position. This way you will built up the strenght you need to perform this pose without falling back ! all the best, Esther

does it make a difference if you do the exercise on carpet vs a mat on a hard floor??
