oh goodness, call me slow.(no, really...call me slow)I've been doing the warrior two for a couple few weeks now, and only just today found my way to here.So, all that exercise at warrior two didn't actually help my brain, eh?But, there's been a slight improvement on my waist line from the exercises (see comments at there) and so, should probably also be doing these?Nothing ventured, nothing gained I think.
