hmm i saw this girl at the beach the other day, and she was doing handstands and juggling and standing bolt upright on her boyfriends shoulders, and when i approached her and asked her where she learnt all of it, she said she used to be in a circus! she gave me a few lessons then, but i could only do a handstand with her holding my feet :S and now from your tutorial, i can hold myself up for abaout 15 secondsThank you!

well i cant go full out i can get my feet to go all the way up.and anyway..how do you recemmond building arm strength?

It's tempting to go full out and crash; however, I recommend staying within your skill level and build strength for the next level. Spend at least 5 minutes everyday, and you'll be there in no-time :-)

im pretty confident i can hold my self up its just hard to get straight into a vertical position and get my balance before i crash.

Hands are facing foward when walking. Fist stand is not much different than hand stand, only harder to balance because you can't push with your finger tips :-)
