i do it for 60 secs.. i do 5 sets.but for ya 20 secs 3 reps to start if ya cant do that then cut it in half

She's got a nice muscular and ripped body. I believe I used to do that in my workouts too, though I did I stop because I already do so many other things, but I just did it again and it felt good. Might need to add it back into my workout.
