Is it normal if your wrist hurts when you practise hand standing when you first start? cause mine does

The explanations are very helpful thx :) but how do u save a handstand from falling, if pushing your fingers and your wrists into the ground is not enough?thx for the vidoe :)

yes. try holding it for as long as you can against a wall, it will strengthen your arms and it will be easier for you to get into the correct bodily positions.

It took me awhile not to be afraid of the handstand because i kept falling on my back but now it's easy to go into it and get my form. I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong though as i can't hold it for long AT ALL. i keep trying but after this video i think maybe it's because i don't have enough arm strength, I'll try working on that a lot. would holding my handstand while I'm against a wall help?

I appreciate that to watch, this video might be a bit boring because most of it is words, but without the explanations, it is no longer a tutorial and it just becomes a video od me doing a few handstands, so thank you for your comment but Im afraid the writing is necessary.

admittedly, it is easier to keep your balance when you are leaning forwards than when you are coming backwards, but with practice it is possible.

Thanks alot man, I had the back-arch problem but i'm working on it. Most of my tries is around 10 sec but sometimes i get "lucky shots", about 1 min record :) |
